Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), go to your subscriptions, and select Soulia to manage or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Go to Soulia → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible. All your data including memories, journal entries, and chart data will be removed within 30 days.
My birth chart looks wrong — what should I check?+
Birth chart accuracy depends on your birth date, time, and location. Re-check these in Profile → Edit Birth Info. Note that birth time affects your Rising sign and house placements most significantly.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Email [email protected] with "Data Export Request" in the subject line and we'll send you a complete export within 30 days.
The AI doesn't remember our last conversation — why?+
Memory is synced in real-time. If something is missing, try refreshing or check that you're signed in to the same account. Memory can also be cleared in Settings.
